As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the pass is a digital service that begins immediately, the conditions below apply.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, subject to the immediate-performance exception below.
Immediate-performance consent
AireRadar starts monitoring and can send you alerts immediately after purchase. By buying, you expressly request and consent that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal. If the service has only been partly performed, a proportionate amount for the part supplied may be charged.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund from your purchase management link or by writing to soporte@aireradar.com. Refunds are processed through Link and Stripe Managed Payments, in line with the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law.
We handle requests promptly. Our aim is a fair service: if it did not work as described, contact us.
Automatic refund if we never alert you
Regardless of the above, there is one case where you need to request nothing: if we never send you a single restock alert on your pass before 30 September 2026, we refund you in full automatically, to your original payment method.
