As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the pass is a digital service that begins immediately, the conditions below apply.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, subject to the immediate-performance exception below.
Immediate-performance consent
AireRadar starts monitoring and can send you alerts immediately after purchase. By buying, you expressly request and consent that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal. If the service has only been partly performed, a proportionate amount for the part supplied may be charged.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund from your purchase management link or by writing to soporte@aireradar.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle as the seller, in line with its policy and applicable consumer law.
