These terms govern your use of AireRadar and the purchase of the season pass. By purchasing you accept these terms and Paddle’s buyer terms; Paddle acts as the seller.
Service description
AireRadar monitors the public availability of portable cooling products across several retailers and alerts you when your chosen product is available again in your area. Paid users receive the alert immediately; the free public page updates 20 minutes later.
AireRadar is an information and alerting service. We do not sell air conditioners or handle their purchase or delivery.
Indicative availability
Displayed availability is indicative and based on third-party data that can change within seconds. We do not guarantee that a product is still available when you receive an alert, nor that a price is correct. Always confirm availability and price with the retailer before travelling or buying.
Price, duration and no renewal
The season pass costs €4.99 (one-time, VAT included where applicable). It is valid until 30 September 2026. It does not renew automatically and creates no further charge.
The pass covers one country, all its regions and postcodes, for the whole season, regardless of how many alerts are sent.
Seller and billing (Merchant of Record)
The sale is made by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, the invoice, taxes (VAT/OSS) and refunds. By purchasing you accept Paddle’s buyer terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, automate or redistribute the alerts, or to use the service in a way that harms the monitored retailers or AireRadar.
Liability
AireRadar is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for purchase decisions, third-party prices, stock running out, or damages arising from delays or errors in the data. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
