Service description

AireRadar monitors the public availability of portable cooling products across several retailers and alerts you when your chosen product is available again in your area. Paid users receive the alert immediately; the free public page updates 20 minutes later.

AireRadar is an information and alerting service. We do not sell air conditioners or handle their purchase or delivery.

Indicative availability

Displayed availability is indicative and based on third-party data that can change within seconds. We do not guarantee that a product is still available when you receive an alert, nor that a price is correct. Always confirm availability and price with the retailer before travelling or buying.

Price, duration and no renewal

The season pass costs €6.60 (one-time, VAT included where applicable). It is valid until 30 September 2026. It does not renew automatically and creates no further charge.

The pass covers one country, all its regions and postcodes, for the whole season, regardless of how many alerts are sent.

Seller and billing (Merchant of Record)

The sale is made through Link, acting as Merchant of Record through Stripe Managed Payments. Link handles collection, receipts, applicable indirect taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, transaction support and refunds. Link’s standard terms are shown before you confirm payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, automate or redistribute the alerts, or to use the service in a way that harms the monitored retailers or AireRadar.

Liability

AireRadar is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for purchase decisions, third-party prices, stock running out, or damages arising from delays or errors in the data. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Automatic refund guarantee

In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we offer a voluntary commercial guarantee: if we never send you a single restock alert on your pass before 30 September 2026 (when it expires), we refund you in full automatically. You do not have to request it: we run the check ourselves against our own send log and the refund is issued through Link (Merchant of Record) to your original payment method.

What counts is us sending the alert, not you reading it: if we send an alert and your mail provider rejects it, the service was performed and the guarantee does not apply (write to us and we will look into it). A single alert for any of the models you watch, on any channel — email or Telegram — is enough for the guarantee not to trigger.

If you would rather request a refund earlier, you can do so at any time from your management link or by writing to soporte@aireradar.com. This guarantee is offered on top of your statutory rights and does not limit them.
