Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-07-14

In plain terms

AireRadar is an independent stock-alert service. We process the minimum personal data needed to send you alerts and manage your purchase. This policy explains what we collect, on what legal basis, who we share it with and how long we keep it (GDPR).

Data controller

The AireRadar service is operated by the project owner. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, write to soporte@aireradar.com.

The season pass is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record (the seller); Paddle is an independent controller of payment and billing data.

Data we process

  • Email address: to verify your sign-up and send stock alerts and service messages.
  • Postcode and chosen radius: to match alerts to your area. We store an approximate location, not your exact address.
  • Alert preferences: product, fulfilment type and optional maximum price.
  • Telegram chat id: only if you enable Telegram alerts.
  • Purchase and attribution data: Paddle transaction references, amount, country and the campaign (UTM) parameters tied to your purchase.
  • Minimal technical data and aggregate analytics via Plausible (cookieless, no individual profiling).
  • Performance of a contract: managing your season pass and sending the alerts you requested.
  • Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention and aggregate service improvement.
  • Consent: marketing communications, which are separate from service messages and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Legal obligation: retention of tax and billing records (handled by Paddle).

Processors and recipients

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

We do not sell your personal data.

  • Paddle (Merchant of Record): payment, invoicing, tax and refunds.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery (verification and alerts).
  • Telegram: Telegram alert delivery, if you enable it.
  • Plausible Analytics (EU): aggregate, cookieless web analytics.
  • Hetzner (EU, Germany): hosting of the infrastructure and database.

Retention

  • Alert subscriptions and approximate location: until the end of the season (30 September 2026) or until you request deletion; then deleted or anonymised.
  • Purchase and billing records: for the period required by applicable tax law (typically several years), retained by Paddle as the seller.
  • Alert delivery logs: up to 12 months for audit and duplicate prevention.
  • Plausible analytics: aggregate, with no data that identifies you individually.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw marketing consent, by writing to soporte@aireradar.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local authority.

We also provide a management link so you can edit, pause or delete your alerts yourself.

International transfers

We prioritise EU-based providers. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate GDPR safeguards apply (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).
